On February 14, 1998 our journey began with Brisas Colombianas Bakery, offering typical baked goods and homemade dishes of authentic Colombian cuisine. Over the next 20+ years, Brisas became a culinary staple of the NJ community, specializing in customer service, food quality, and philanthropy.

Our family dream has grown and now our newest venture, Brisas Empanadas, is the next step in expanding our company to offer Latinx products and services at a mass scale. In June 2018, Brisas Empanadas began a historic first-of-its-kind partnership as the “Official Empanada of the New York Red Bulls”, allowing us to continue sharing our culture with the rest of the New Jersey / New York community..
